💰 Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Refunds

Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds after a license key has been issued and/or the product has been downloaded. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge this policy.

2. When We Will Issue a Refund

We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchase — You were accidentally charged twice for the same product.
  • Product not delivered — Payment was confirmed but you did not receive a license key within 24 hours and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
  • Product significantly not as described — The product is fundamentally different from what was advertised on the product page.
  • Critical defect — The product has a critical defect that prevents it from functioning, and we are unable to provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Refund Request Process

  1. Submit a refund request via our Support Ticket system within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Include your order email address and license key in the ticket.
  3. Select "Billing" as the ticket category.
  4. Describe the reason for your refund request.

4. Refund Timeline

Refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours (business days). If approved, refunds are processed through PayFast and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.

5. What Happens After a Refund

  • Your license key will be deactivated immediately.
  • You must uninstall the product from all devices.
  • Any active machine activations will be revoked.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase and download.
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
  • Incompatibility with your system if system requirements were listed on the product page.
  • Request made more than 14 days after purchase.
  • License key was shared with or used by a third party.

7. Consumer Protection

This refund policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (South Africa) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under South African law.
